Firenze
Florence is one of the most visited places by foreigners for its art and culture: it is therefore inevitable that its pronunciation is among the most sought after. In particular, the pronunciation of Florence can be difficult for Chinese speakers, who have a language defined as syllabic because the minimum unit of measurement that makes up a word is the syllable. The syllables used in Italian often do not correspond to the pronunciation of Chinese ones: this is why many terms are simply translated on a phonetic basis and adapted to the Chinese language.
